Yonderyear Farm Floral Design Tiers

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy locally-grown, clean flowers to celebrate special occasions. Learn more below about our event design tiers and how our flowers can fit into your vision.

  • For Budgets $125+

    If you have buckets brimming with our freshly-harvested flowers and a bit of time, you can create a knockout event! Typically, our DIY Flower Buckets are the best fit for clients with a floral vision and helping hands available one to two days prior to an event.

    • If you only need 1-2 DIY Flower Buckets, please order them from our online shop with on-farm pickup here at Yonderyear or from the Gin Hotel or from Tuesdays and Fridays.

    • More than 2-3 buckets of flowers, and we ask that you fill our our DIY Flower Bucket Request Form so that we’re fully prepared to schedule harvesting your order.

    • We have no minimum for DIY Flower Bucket orders.

  • For budgets $500-$5,000

    Our A La Carte Flower Menu is condensed selection of our most popular personal and reception florals for weddings. By selecting from our Menu, we are able to focus on growing and arranging gorgeous flowers for your day within your palette, season and aesthetic, offering exceptional value for our clients. Many of our clients at this level choose both arranged items created by us and also DIY buckets so that they can arrange themselves. This is a great option for maximizing your flower budget! We’ll send over our A La Carte Flower Menu after receiving your online enquiry.

    A La Carte Flower Menu orders include:

    • A selection of 20 popular ceremony and reception floral items that can be tailored to your needs

    • Customized color palette and style

    • Yonderyear Farm’s choice of flowers and vessels

    • Communication via email from booking through day-of

    • One Q&A phone consultation

    • On-farm pickup or delivery

    • All flowers and vessels are yours to keep

    A La Carte Flower Menu orders do not include:

    • Customization of personal florals and arrangements outside the items listed on the Menu

    • Vessel choice

    • Onsite installations such as arbors or pole wraps

    • Proposals

    • Farm Tours

    • Venue walk-throughs

    • Setup or breakdown

  • For Budgets $5,000+

    We love to stretch our creative side, and we welcome a handful of clients each year to develop a bespoke flower vision. We guide you every step of the way from an initial consultation to on-site setup for your big day. Let our expertise help you create a standout flower show your guests will talk about for years.

    Custom Design orders include:

    • Initial one-hour phone consultation

    • Mini proposal ($5,000-$10,000)

    • Full proposal ($10,000+)

    • Installation work (arbors, chandeliers, tent pole wraps, etc.)

    • Arrangement customization

    • Vessel selection

    • Targeted plant growing and harvesting schedule just for your wedding flowers

    • One venue walk-through

    • Ongoing coordination via email as needed with client and planner

    • Phone consultation 40-60 days prior to your event

    • Delivery, setup and breakdown

How to Start your Floral Journey with Us!

1. Inquiry Form

Take five minutes to tell you a little bit about your day! This will help guide our initial conversation clearly and efficiently.

2. Response Email

We’ll confirm that your date is available and guide you toward our best design tier fit for your celebration.

3. Initial Consultation

As needed, we’ll schedule either a Q&A call for A La Carte clients or a full consultation for Custom inquries.

4. Floral Order

After guidance, A La Carte Clients select items from the Menu and we create booking documents! Custom clients receive a tailored proposal to reivew with a first draft of their floral order based on our consultation.
